#AskTheExpert My daughter is 1 year and 9 month old .. she has stopped having top milk couple of months back . She used to have it from cup or glass . Now she refuses and whenever I tried giving her she will throw from her mouth . What to do how do I give her milk .

A. can give all type of food . Like green leafy vegetable and fruits and protein source like egg and paneer and should also encourage for drinking more water or juices in this hot climate .
