#AsktheExpert My daughter is 1&half months old. She is frequently itching in her vaginal area. I'm concerned if she is having any fungal infection or not. What to do?

Symptoms include redness, soreness and itching in your child's vaginal area. The most common cause of vulvovaginitis in toddlers are irritants such as harsh soaps, bubble baths and tight-fitting clothing.
