#asktheexpert My daughter have tendency to taste the wall paint etc is that symptom of any deficiancy??

A. if the baby is tasting clay paints it is called pica baby is eating non edible things it is a behaviour problem in the baby please interact more with the child

A. Calcium , it’s mostly I think it is calcium and nothing else because kids tend to eat all these things in general also when the loan on calcium and sometimes they really like the taste of these days you must have seen chalk and all which were used to eat when we were young it’s mostly due to deficiency of potassium
