#asktheexpert my daughter has iron deficiency and low hemoglobin how can I increase it what food should give her on daily basis she underweight also pls suggest

A. I hope you have already consulted tge doctor and got some iron supolements prescribed. In addition to this you can include the below foods. Spinach, pomegranate, beetroot, dates, nuts, seeds, green leafy vegrtables, soya beans, lentils, legimes, banana, sea foods etc.,
