Author of questionGuardian of a 6 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. from yesterday evening she has fever of 99 and gradually increased to 100 we have given febrex(paracetamol) plus for every 5 hours...now it is 99.6 temp she has only fever no other symptoms and yes her lips are so dry and toungue is white
