Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. avoid any type of screen time and go for regular exercise which will be told by the eyes specialist and give plenty of water intake and take the child in natural environment which will again help in improving the eyesight along with diet which contains green leafy vegetables
