#asktheexpert my daughter has ear pierced since 2years old.This is first time, blood or pus comes out of one ear hole.Used Neosprin ointment but still it doesnt heal. Is it serious and needs antibiotic treatment? She complains of mild pain in that part of her ear.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 month agoA. If it is not at all healing, then we have to give antibiotics to heal it and it could also be allergy to non-gold options. And if yes then you have to remove the source of infection
