#AskTheExpert my daughter has cough. She coughs while feeding. What should I do?

A. the coughing is due to regurgitation and small amount of aspiration but do not worry it will correct on its own with increasing age and you have to just keep the child in upright position more often

A. Aspiration can cause signs and symptoms in a baby such as: Weak sucking. Choking or coughing while feeding. Other signs of feeding trouble, like a red face, watery eyes, or facial grimaces.Consult your paediatrician immediately.
