Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter has cough and running nose. she is getting this frequently these days. she feels better in a week. however again in a week she fells sick. any permanant solution? we give her routine pediatrician check. he says it's normal and advise medicines as well. but this problem persists in a week again.

A. Till 5 tk 6 years of age kids have low immunity n often catches seasonal infection, Proper hydration and boosting immunity are the two most important ways to prevent and fight these seasonal diseases.

A. Immunity rich foods will help Gradually avoid junk to max. .best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid
