Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, You can give Maxtra syrup for cold and runny nose. Also if you have given any other syrup before, you can give it that too. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
