#asktheexpert My daughter had completed eight years of weight.. should I give her any extra nutrition or vitamin supplement for her future ..any extra care should be or not

A. lokk, if she is active, taking meals well than no need to worry about it. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

No there is no extra nutrition required see if your child is having proper rate growth hell side everything is in the place and there is no requirement of giving any extra supplements I would just like to tell you I am not sure whether you are aware of it or not but at the age of nine or 10 Years of age you have to go for a cervical cancer vaccination which is optional but you should definitely go for it since you have a girl child
