A. hello actually just make sure preparing the solid food in nursing solid wale like upma you can and little extra water and make it in the form of little semi solid and dal you can hot dal and rice you can smash it adding give it to be very nice small small pancake like those are types with little bit of sauce anything which makes the baby get attracted
