A. Toddlers remain very active during the whole day and use all their energy in playing. If child is active and healthy, there is no need to be concerned about weight. You keep feeding fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado and 550 to 650 ml milk daily.
