Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain.
it can also occur due to nutritzional deficiency mainly vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency.
if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there mzight be limb pain.
if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required

Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. hello actually it is quite normal has they grow it is called as growth pain so just try to massage the babies like during the night time sometimes just apply some oil during the night time
