A. Hello dear parent! Avoid screens as much as possible. Let the child be physically active. Give a good sun light exposure. Spend more time with your child as a family. Include your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating. Turn off screens by 9 and start a bed routine to sleep early on time. Read a book to your child. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
