A. Hello mom , If The child has been recommended some diuretics then potassium rich foods can be given such as beans, lentils, peas, mustard, dried fruits like raisins and apricot ,cashews ,almonds, figs etc also cabbage , cauliflower, green leafy vegetables; dairy products such as cottage cheese can be given mostly the meal should contain lots of fruits and vegetables which will be very much helpful as well so also in the form of soups it can be given or water as well the fluid intake should be as per the fluid output apart from this cereals ,Rusk, rice , buckwheat , wheat or millet biscuits ,porridges ,eggs not exceeding more than one a day also pumpkin it will be preferable to avoid fried foods instead it’s good to be steamed or in a boil form This apart from it the foods which can be little bit harmful are been already mention in the earlier answer
