please do the following things:
please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
offer small and frequent meal.
avoid giving gas generating food like boiled potatoes, cabbage ,gram flour etc at night time meal.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
you can give warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger daily in morning.
