Q.
#asktheexpert my child was suffering from the last week.Now there is no fever but he is not eating anything or even stopped taking milk...he wants mother feed only.what should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that during the illness the child will not take food.
give small amount of easily digestible food to the child
many times if you take the child in garden or open area that will cheer up the child and that might improve the appetite
give regular water and fluids to the child to improve hydration because that will also improve appetite
you can give fdruits as well as juices from the fruits which again acts as appetizer
during illness if the child takes 60% to 70% of the diet then also it's fine
