#asktheexpert my child suffering from chronic urtecaria from last 8 months. last week due to some infection, we used erythromycin syrup 7 days two times a day. suddenly urtecaria stopped. is there any root cause to test further

usually antibiotics can't cure urtecaria, but here antibiotics resolve the issue.
so need to go and find what are infections causing urtecaria
chronic urtecaria is with different reasons
one of the reason is infection
antibiotics cure infection.
is there any link ..what tests are required?
if you advice and I will consult doctor and take your recommended advice

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
dr can tell after medical consultation
