Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causegs are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastyritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area give tummy time use Babyhug indigestion easy tummy colic roll on
you can give colimex or colic aid
