it happens because of many reasons like constipation , indigestion , nutritional deficiency etc.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
it is best to offer green leafy vegetables, fruits ,nuts more.
keep your child well hydrated.
avoid giving RO water
apply thin layer of ghee or turmeric powder on ulcers
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
