ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. teeth can fall anytime between the age of 6 to 7 years. you can wait till the age of 7 years and if the teeth do not shed on their own you can visit a dentist

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. this is fine in some babies milk teeth will take some time to fall.. some time it also happens that even the milk doesn't fall and permanent teeth start coming from back.. take care.. nothing to worry about..
