ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. teeth can fall anytime between the age of 6 to 7 years.
you can wait till the age of 7 years and if the teeth do not shed on their own you can visit a dentist

some time it also happens that even the milk doesn't fall and permanent teeth start coming from back..
