#asktheexpert my child is now of 3 years 06 months, but he can't speak and communicate with people.

But if your child is understanding everything responding to that following your steps and instructions that you are giving then it is not a problem then you can consult a speech therapist but if all the other things are also not in place then there is a problem you should consult a child specialist once
