RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi Yes you can start with yellow part if you want to other than that yes you can introduce non-veg also but initially you can only introduced with pink non-vegetarian food and fish mutton and heavy meet can only be introduced after the age of two years
