My child is not finish his food properly....
He don't take any solid food.....
I just too much worried about his growth and want to be a proper nutrition diet for his shelf...... Plz suggest me how can i imprrove his taste with solid diet.

keep trying ok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

Try Eat from the same plate as it just take one place keep your child’s food and your food similarly and one bite you eat when you feed to your child and I will see how I am also eating food properly because it is very healthy and you should eat it because slowly gradually when the child is going to see how conveniently a mother is eating enjoying the food relishing the day is the child will also learn to do these things because kids will always see what parents are doing and this is one way to teach your child that how properly is a parent eating so the should child should also eat properly
