A. Are you trying to feed from a bottle? Make sure that the flow of the milk is not too slow or too fast which can irritate the child. Check the nipple and the bottle size. The hole of the nipple should not be too big or too small which can discomfort the child. The baby may be particular about a specific temperature for his milk. Did you change the formula recently? It can be due to teething. Are his gums red and swollen? If yes, massage his gums gently with a clean and a cold washcloth. You can also give a cold but not frozen solid teething ring for him to bite on. Your baby might not be hungry or he might be feeling sick. Try holding your baby in a different feeding position. Allow someone else to handle the feeding. Avoid any distractions while the baby is being fed.
