Q.

#AskTheExpert my child is not able to speak more than 3 words at this stage is this reason to worry about?

A. it is ok for baby. Speech is a gradual process to become clear and good . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time like T . V or mobike screen . Also help of any speech therapist can be taken .

A. Hello good morning this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid.
