ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. you can keep checking for the signs of teething and gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
