A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interactiton with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if thfe speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. If This is the case then you should First get a chat with a speech therapist to figure out what is the issue and if it is required will tell you the treatment and all also kids are interested in speaking but certain times I just cannot so it’s better to put take a consultation with a speech therapist
