A. Hello! For overall growth and development child should eat balanced meals. Make sure you are giving him seasonal fruits and vegetables in the form of sabji, cutlet, soup, salad. Also, millets like ragi, jowar, bajra and superfoods like paneer, soy, nuts and curd should be part of his meals. Give him small yet frequent meals, keep him hydrated and active through the day.
