#AskTheExpert my child is 2yr 6m old recently he starts school.can i give him amul flavoured milk( tetrapack) in lunch as alternate bcoz he didnt eat anything or what alternate should be given plz suggest. thank you

Yes you can give it to the child but it does have good content of sugar I hope you know that so you can give it to the child occasionally there is no problem with that but do not make it a habit for the chair otherwise it will be difficult for you to break it
