Q.
#AskTheExpert my child is 2 months old. sometimes he suffers from gas and stomach pain. does this happens because of the mothers diet?? gas problem is not regular but happens once in a few days. Does the baby suffer because of mother's diet? what food should breastfeeding mothers avoid???

it is very common problem for young babies
it happens because of many reasons like fast feeding, overfeeding, mother's diet , incorrect latching etc
so please check it
give Feeds as per your child needs
but avoid overfeeding
burp your baby in between and after each feeding
make sure your child latches properly, the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth at feeding time.
