#asktheexpert my child having the loose motion by drop since last 20 days. consulted the doctor once, eventhough it is continuing. pls give the advice

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its ktnown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could hbe bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

You should completely stop giving milk to the child for the time being I think That milk is one reason that the diarrhoea is not in control because a lot of parents are not aware about it that you should never offer milk to the child when a child is suffering withWrite Your Answer Here
