Q.

#asktheexpert my child having constipation issue.. how to overcome from it. and what food should I have to give to full iron requiremnt.

A. You should give more of liquids to the child and maintain proper hydration give a fibre rich diet to the child and also start giving any kind of a good supplement if your doctor is advising you to reduce the constipation issues and if you are going to start with an iron supplement or then constipation may increase to take a check with the doctor and iron rich food and fruits would probably include include more of jaggery pomegranate beetroot spinach broccoli these things are very good
