#AskTheExpert My child has severe cough since a week, I had consulted a Dr and followed all medicine course too still his cough is not stopping. Due to cough he is unable to sleep and eat. plz suggest me what to do?

A. steam for now. Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .
