Q.

#asktheexpert my child has congestion in nose all time without mukus problem, when i gave him any nasal drop then he feels ok what can i do for this type of congestion

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.d Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.

A. hello you can put saline drop or use instant rub from babyhug and any concern you can check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination of the same and advise you accordingly and nothing to worry
