#asktheexpert my child doesn't drink cow milk....sirf breastfeeding krta h ....kaise breastfeeding chudwana h ma'am ...nd mujhe ab tak mensuration nai aae so ... should I worry

You are in a hurry right now so don’t be in a hurry you can quit feeding over the period instead of giving cows milk for giving buffaloes milk or full cream packet milk in the form of milkshake or smoothie and instead of feeding bottle prefer using a straw mug or glass for your child and that is going to be good and slowly it will help introducing down breastfeeding and if you haven’t resumed with your period don’t worry you will when your body is ready for it there is no problem
