#AskTheExpert my child.does.not.want to eat food. his diet is not proper. how should I check whether he had taken sufficient calories for the day or not

so please get your child checked by your pediatrician.

if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
it all indicate that your child is getting enough nutrients.
