#AskTheExpert My boy turned 4 months last week. Until then he used to sleep for 5-6 hours straight in the night and then for 2hour cycles. For the last one week he has very disturbed sleep and wakes up every 45mins-1 hour. he's not sick, is this sleep regression? how to get over it?

A. that's normal. teething trouble starts by as early as four months of age and can have gum swelling , drooling saliva , cranky baby . Massage gums gently , use a teether for baby and give vitamin d 3 daily for one year of age .
