Q.

#AskTheExpert My boy is now 3.11 yrs. his heartrate beats fast .how i am saying i.e when I touch his heart , beats are fast. no other symptoms.he is active and normal.how much is the normal rate for him and when I need to worry. kindly clarify doctor.

A. Typical normal resting heart rate ranges are: babies (birth to 3 months of age): 100–150 beats per minute. kids 1–3 years old: 70–110 beats per minute. kids by age 12: 55–85 beats per minute.Check with your paediatrician once

A. heart beat is fast I think there is nothing to worry about as baby are always physical active and as because the heart beat is faster still that bother you give a visit to doctor
