changes in routine , weather change ,growth spurt ,monotony of food and health problems like illness ,constipation , etc can cause this
so be consistent with routine
introduce new foods in small amounts and present familiar ones in different ways.
for example
making the food visually appealing with fun shapes , colorful veggies etc .
