#asktheexpert my boy is 3 year and 6 month old and looks pale i want to start him on iron supplements he keeps on eating dirt, dust everyday

A. hi. first of all do deworming him. give syp bandy 10 ml stat. you may give him syp raricap in right dose and give iron rich food. o k
