#asktheexpert my boy is 17 kgs is this weight is correct for his age he didn't eat fruits how I use the fruits in his diet

A. Hello good evening !! Baby weight is fine ,if baby is active and achieving milestones then dont worry about weight. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks in regular diet. Fruits and vegetables are very important in diet as they rich in fibre,mineral and vitamin content have to be part in every meal. Fruits atleast once a day 1-2 varieties. Giving direct fruit is best introduce sweet fruits banana,papaya,chikoo,mango,pomegranate and then citrus fruits . Fruit bowl with 3-4 varieties of fruits as salad is best .
