#AskTheExpert# my boy baby is having his first pair of teeth presently.. he have fever and cough also.. is there any connection??

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist5 years agoA. No there is no connection between cough and eruption of teeth the fever might be due to the cough only please visit a pediatrician and get proper treatment done.

Hi mom It’s ok to have cold and fever while teething Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
