#asktheexpert my both kids are very found of ice cream so is it okey to give them daily one or two scoops of ice cream

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes it is OK to give one small scoop of ice cream in the afternoon when Un is at peak. Avoid giving ice cream during rainy seasons and winters. As that may lead to bad throat and congestion.
Also when you guve ice cream to your children, let that ice cream melt a little so that it is easy for them to eat and not very cold.
