A. Dear ma’am, at this stage you can focus on plant based (legumes and dals, sprouts) and dairy proteins (milk, paneer, cheese in moderation ), pure unsweetened peanut butter. Or as a snacking option you can give roasted peanuts/roasted chickpea/assorted nuts. If your meal preference is non veg then include eggs daily in their diet. Also focus on good quality carbs. It Gives sustained energy. Focus on fruits like banana, avocado.
