A. during pregnancy placenta produces hormones that cause glucose to build up in your blood. so the sugar levels rise up. need not worry as it is temporary. just keep on monitoring. do regular exercise.. shut down the sugary thing and sweets for sometime. get the test done after the pregnancy.
