Give food like dal ka pani, mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups homemade cerelac mashed edli etc.
Give nuts once baby completes 1 year. Do massage daily. Give meal 3-5 times and in between offer your breastmilk and water if needed.
