Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby will be 2 this April, but she is not having solid food forr breakfast like poha/upma. She has ragi satva, kheer and porridges. But lunch and dinner she has proper solid food like dal rice, roti sabzi. How do i start solid breakfast for her?

A. in a similar way, gradual introducing him to new foods, whatever you're giving seems to be good. After 1 yee, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.
