Sometimes due to nutritional deficiency also the child does not gain weight so I’m going to suggest you to consult your doctor for this they’ll help you with right supplements that you need to start with for your child and probably that is going to be helpful in increasing the weight gain of the child as that your child is eating well and the deficiencies will start meeting up with the supplements suggested
